I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful job you did for us today on cleaning our ventilation system, although the home builder had told us that they cleaned the system before we took possession, we seriously had our doubts.
Every time the furnace would start up we would experience a strong burning odor throughout our home and it was very disconcerting
After speaking with you on the phone you mentioned that it was probably due to the fact that the builder did not clean the air ducts or at best did a mediocre job of it and that the odor was likely due to a build up of drywall dust within the duct system that was being burnt off by the heat exchanger of the furnace.
Well I'm happy to report that immediately after you cleaned our air duct system, we no longer smell the burning odor when our furnace starts.
I'd also like to thank you for being so candid with us in regard to our request to purchase one of your lifetime furnace filters, you were honest enough to tell us that because we have a very high efficient furnace, your filter would restrict the air flow to the point that our furnace would no longer be operating at peak efficiency.
It's nice to know that there are still honest business people in this world... thank you so much!
